Head sales, marketing & product management
Responsibilities
Member of the management team with the possibility to become the CEO of Magtrol SA, manage the recruitment, the training and development of competencies in his department
Collaborate with the management team in the development of the company vision and strategy and propose the appropriate product and services portfolio, market positioning as well as commercial and marketing action plans
Conduct the sales force and internal and external sales partners, collaborate proactively in the acquisition of new business and manage certain key accounts and key markets
Develop, improve, renew permanently the product and services portfolio in collaboration with engineering, production, supply chain and other internal and external partners
Develop and permanently improve market approach, marketing, communication as well as the presence of the company at industrial exhibitions
Elaborate and manage an efficient approach regarding market and competition analyses and manage the client database in order to anticipate market and competitor’s evolutions and integrate upcoming client / market needs
Profile
Electrical, electronical, mechanical or micromechanical engineer with post grade education in business, commercial, marketing & product management
Proven people management experience of technical, commercial and administrative staff
Proven experience in product and services management, in marketing as well as in commercial lead roles and management of key accounts and key markets
Experience and knowledge in measurement systems, sensors and electrical motors
Fluent in French, English and German with ability to travel
Digital affinity and at ease with IT-tools including ERP-systems
Entrepreneurial personality, a manager able to communicate efficiently with all stakeholders of a SME-company, a person able to choose, federate, valorize and support very qualified staff, with proven negotiation and communication skills, able to establish constructive and sustainable contacts and relationships with the potential to conduct an international acting SME in the near future
